Shipping policy
Where we ship
Cimarron Archery and Outfitters ships to addresses in the United States. Most orders ship from our shop at 1320 SE Reed Market Rd #170, Bend, OR 97702. Some items ship directly from the brand's warehouse, so an order with items from more than one location may arrive in separate packages.
Shipping rates
- Standard shipping: $8.00 on orders under $70
- Free standard shipping: on orders of $70 or more
- Express shipping: $15.00
Your shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
Processing and delivery times
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays). Items that ship from the brand's warehouse can take a little longer. Once your order ships, you'll get an email with tracking information. Most standard orders arrive within 2 to 6 business days after they ship.
In-store only items
Some of our bows are sold in store only so our techs can fit and tune them to you. Those bows are marked "In Store Only" on the site and can't be purchased online or shipped. Stop by the shop in Bend or give us a call and we'll get you set up.
Damaged or missing packages
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@cimarronusa.com or (541) 633-7633 and we'll make it right.
